This website and the Soleth store are operated by Soleth. By visiting solethstore.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies published on the website. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. Eligibility and Website Use

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have permission from your legal guardian. You may not use the website for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, introduce malicious code, or interfere with its operation.

2. Products and Materials

We offer gold-plated jewelry, handmade pieces that may incorporate gold-plated clasps, closures, or other components, and solid 14K and 18K gold jewelry. The specific composition is stated in each product description. Because of handmade production and differences between screens, slight variations in color, texture, size, or finish may occur. Follow the care instructions; normal wear of gold plating is not a manufacturing defect.

3. Information, Pricing, and Availability

We work to keep descriptions, images, prices, and inventory accurate, but may correct errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by obvious mistakes. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and charges are calculated at checkout.

4. Orders and Payments

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, limit, or reject an order because of inventory, suspected fraud, or information errors. An order is accepted when we send the applicable confirmation. You must provide current and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

5. Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 12 hours of purchase if the order has not been processed, personalized, or shipped. Personalized or made-to-order pieces cannot be canceled once work has begun. Email support@solethstore.com with your order number. Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing begins.

6. Shipping

Processing times, delivery options, rates, delays, incorrect addresses, and claims are governed by our Shipping Policy. Carrier delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by Soleth.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Store Credit

Returns, hygiene exclusions, final-sale items, personalized products, damage claims, refunds, and store credit are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. In general, eligible returns must be requested within 30 days after delivery, and damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours. Soleth does not offer direct product exchanges at this time.

8. Intellectual Property

Website content, including text, photographs, designs, logos, graphics, and branding, belongs to Soleth or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit it without prior written authorization.

9. Reviews and Submitted Content

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, or suggestions, you represent that you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, and display them in connection with Soleth. Do not submit illegal, misleading, offensive, or infringing content.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may use Shopify and other providers for payments, shipping, analytics, or external features. Their services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or practices.

11. Privacy

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and other providers required to operate the store, process payments, and deliver orders.

12. Accuracy and Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, or fully current. We may modify, suspend, or remove service features as necessary.

13. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Soleth is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products where such exclusions are permitted. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Soleth against reasonable third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms, unlawful use of the service, or violation of third-party rights.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These terms and the incorporated policies constitute the agreement governing website use and purchases from Soleth.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal laws of the United States, without limiting mandatory consumer rights based on place of residence. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts serving Lewisville, Texas, unless another jurisdiction is required by law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. When required by law, we will provide notice of material changes. The update date appears above.
