Shipping policy

Soleth currently ships within the United States.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Weekends and holidays are not business days. Handmade, personalized, or made-to-order pieces may require 3–7 business days or another preparation time stated on the product page.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping costs $6.95 for orders below $75. Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more after discounts and before taxes. Expedited options, when available, are shown at checkout.

Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after processing. Soleth generally ships through USPS Ground Advantage and may use USPS Priority Mail or UPS when appropriate. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier volume, or circumstances outside Soleth’s control may cause delays.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when it is available. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins and are not responsible for delays, losses, or reshipping costs caused by an address supplied incorrectly by the customer.

Delayed, Lost, or Marked-Delivered Packages

If tracking has not updated or the package is delayed, contact the carrier first and then email us at support@solethstore.com. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier. We will assist with an eligible carrier claim, but replacement or refund depends on the investigation and applicable carrier coverage.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order upon delivery. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours by emailing support@solethstore.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
